Beautiful replica of an old-fashioned castle with exquisite furniture. Comfy big bed. Hot shower, fridge, kettle etc. Bhanu was a straight G and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Great food with a nice mix of local and global dishes.

It was just a short walk down to the end of the street to see a magnificent view of the holy lake. The hotel was very close to the city center, making it easy to navigate during my stay. My room was very comfortable, with modern furnishings and a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The staff provided exceptional service, which made my stay even better than expected. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the rooftop, which had amazing views.

The facilities, including the WiFi, were a bit outdated and had intermittent connections.

The location is just a short walk from the lake and away from the noise of the town center. The pool is well-maintained and a perfect sanctuary from the heat. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable.

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast lacks variety and we were left waiting for more food to be brought out. the hot water boilers in the rooms are small, forcing quick showers, which may not be ideal for everyone.

During my recent stay at Moti Mahal, I was impressed by the beautiful and modern hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet area close to the Holy Lake, away from the hustle and bustle. The room itself was spotless and had a spacious balcony, offering a great view. The strong and stable WiFi and television were added bonuses. I must say, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The bathroom facilities were excellent, with instant hot water and a fantastic shower. The staff at Moti Mahal were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring that I had everything I needed. I had a great experience at Moti Mahal - A Heritage Haveli and would highly recommend it to others.

Rooms are spacious with a good view of the surroundings. The staff is quite helpful and does their job diligently. The hotel is situated in a great location which can easily be accessed. There is also a rooftop terrace with great food to enjoy.

The hotel needs an improvement in security. Our room was entered without our permission when we were out.
